Houmous





Ingredients:

- 1/2-1 zucchini peeled 
- 1 avocado  
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove crushed
- Juice of 1/2 lemon 
- 1 tsp Tahini (sesame butter) 
- 1 tsp cumin 
- 1 pinch of sea salt or more to taste 
- 1 pinch of ground green pepper 
Blend well all these ingredients until you obtain a smooth creamy dip.
Dust some paprika on top and garnish with a black olive.
