Tonic fruit water


Set the night before, in a jar of fruit : 1 grapefruit and 1mandarine peeled and diced, 1 kiwi and 1 lemon peeled and cut into slices, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries ( fresh or frozen )  some raisins (if you like a sweeter taste), a few basil or mint leaves (or a drop of peppermint essential oil), papaya seeds (optional); poor over the fruits some pure water or coconut water and let it soak over night. Drink this tonic sip vitamin water before breakfast.
