Cashew nut Dip


Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashew nuts pre soaked for 2 hours
- 2 cups sunflower seeds presoaked  for 1-2 hours
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- sea salt to taste
- 1 pinch of curry
Blend well until you obtain a creamy consistency.
Add 1 tbsp. of dried algae.
Serve with carrot sticks, cucumber, celery, etc.
