Red bell pepper Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 cup  sunflower seeds, presoaked for 1-2 hours  
- 1/2 red bell pepper  
- 1 pinch of sea salt  
- 1 tsp lemon juice  
- 1 garlic clove  
- 1 tsp Tahini (sesame or cashew butter)  
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill or  herbs of your choice (optional)  
Blend well all these ingredients until you obtain a smooth creamy dip.
