Detoxifying Spring Salad



Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves
- Dandelion (leaves and flowers)
- Plantain (leaves)
- Parsley
- 1 green onion
- 2-3 red radishes (leaves and bulbs )
- Pitted black olives
- Daisies (flowers )
Chop the parsley, the radish leaves, the dandelion leaves, the plantain leaves, and green onion.
Cut the radishes ( bulbs ) in slices.
Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces  with your fingers  to avoid fast oxidation.
Add the dandelion flowers and the daisies.
Season the salad with Persillade (parsley and garlic dressing).
