Homemade "Tapenade"


Ingredients:
- 1 coffee cup of pitted black olives (pre-soaked for 1-3 days if you use  Greek olives )
- 1-2 cloves of garlic or 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder  
- Juice of 1/2 lemon  
- 1/3 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs of your choice
- 1 coffee cup parsley or fresh basil  
- a little water  
Mix all these ingredients in a blender until the consistency of a spread.  
Ideal for appetizers.
